To further prevent the spread of COVID-19, please note the changes made to our procedures in the following points.
Making appointments:Since June 1st 2020, the clinic has reopened for regular appointments and treatments. We ask that you contact us by phone to book an appointment, during which you will need to answer various questions concerning any possible exposure to COVID-19 to ensure the safety of all.
Upon your arrival:Prior to your appointment, we ask that you present yourself to the front desk no more than 5 minutes before the scheduled time. If you see that there is already a customer talking to the receptionist upon your arrival, please wait outside the clinic until the reception is empty. Once it’s your turn to enter, please disinfect your hands and keep your mask on until told otherwise. A short COVID-19 questionnaire will be handed out to the patient and the escort.
In the treatment room:During your arrival in the treatment room, we will indicate a designated area for you to leave any personal belongings. We proceed by taking your temperature. You will then be able to take off your mask to rinse out your mouth using an antiseptique mouth wash. Rather than spitting out that mouth wash in the sink, you must let it leak into the small cup we give you. This short procedure will reduce any bacterial and viral load from your oral cavity.
After your treatment:We will ask you to put your mask back on and wash your hands once again. We will guide you to the designated exit where your escort will be waiting for you. To prevent any encounters with other patients, we ask that you respect the one-way flow when leaving the clinic.
